What do we do?
Breathe, follow our bodies and let them “translate” our experience into movement.

How do we do it?
Supported by selected music and clear guidance, we bring our awareness to what is alive in the body (experiences, thoughts, sensations, feelings…). We help it awaken, letting it shape us and expressing whatever is there through movement. There are no steps, no forms or techniques to learn.
We just create space for our body to tell its own stories, by following what is real for us in the moment, and transform these stories into liberating, creative movement.

What are the benefits of movement practice?
Expressive movement releases physical, emotional and mental tensions. It teaches us how to connect more with what’s truly close to our hearts, with others and with the world around us. Movement helps us regain our vitality and be inspired to open new paths, both in our dance and our lives.

Who is this for?
Anyone who is interested and/or curious to explore their inner landscape through their own movement. No prior experience with dance or movement is required. All ages and bodies welcome.
The only things you need are: clothes comfortable for movement, a bottle of water (preferably not glass, to avoid accidents) and yourself, just as you are.

Classes do follow a common thematic thread, however, they are open and anyone can join as often as they like.
